I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, especially during a difficult time for me. The location near the beach was a dream. I had a fantastic holiday at the Impiana Resort! The location is stunning, tucked away with quiet beaches and vibrant coral reefs right in front of the hotel. The staff, especially Mrs. Nong at reception, were incredibly helpful and attentive. While some rooms could use a little updating, they were very clean. A downside was the air conditioning issue I faced, but the staff addressed it promptly. Overall, it’s an exceptional place to unwind, and I would definitely return.
