Impiana Beachfront Resort Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui, Chaweng (Koh Samui)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, especially during a difficult time for me. The location near the beach was a dream. However, I received poor treatment at check-in, which overshadowed the rest of my stay. Overall, there were both exceptional moments and frustrating ones that I believe could improve.

I really wanted to love this resort; it has great features and a lovely beach, but a few issues kept it from being truly exceptional. The location is nice and feels like you're at a private beach, but the service and room amenities could use some improvements. The pool area is a bit lacking with loungers, and the dining options, while good at breakfast, could be more varied. Overall, it has potential but needs some fine-tuning.

My stay at the resort was disappointing overall. While it offered a beachside location and the management staff were helpful, the service experience was marred by rude restaurant staff and a lack of cleanliness. The rooms were not as described, and safety concerns for families were troubling. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more satisfying vacation.

I had a fantastic time at this resort! The atmosphere was simply magical with an amazing beach and dedicated staff that really made my stay enjoyable. Although my room was a bit small and showing signs of age, the sea view and beach access were perfect, especially traveling with a baby. I highly recommend this place for its charm, but just be mindful that the rooms could use some updates.

I had a fantastic holiday at the Impiana Resort! The location is stunning, tucked away with quiet beaches and vibrant coral reefs right in front of the hotel. The staff, especially Mrs. Nong at reception, were incredibly helpful and attentive. While some rooms could use a little updating, they were very clean. A downside was the air conditioning issue I faced, but the staff addressed it promptly. Overall, it’s an exceptional place to unwind, and I would definitely return.
